OUR HISTORY

Founded in 1989, Polk CDC specializes in the leasing and management of single-family and multi-family rental properties. We also provide a variety of services for homeowners including home refurbishment & repairs, education and foreclosure prevention tips, IBA for home ownership, and home improvement loans and grants. Since our inception, we have networked extensively with local organizations and have helped connect many of our clients and customers to the services they need.
